Example Designs
The example building is a scientific research centre with fully furnished laboratories, offices and a café. The building is intended to enable research scientists to build research-led businesses in a community of other like-minded professionals.
This building was designated a "Bio-Incubator", the name referred to within the example designs. The building has five storeys each measuring approximately 20m x 29m on plan, resulting in a total floor area of 2800m².

- A structural overview, that is an explanation of the design methodology adopted and loading conditions.
- Detailed calculations for representative elements
